Welcome to Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hormonesanddesire.com and the services offered through it, including our Founding Waitlist, booked calls, and, when it opens, our membership community. Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between is a program of The Hypno Garden, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operated by Robyn Bragg, PharmD of Robyn Bragg Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
Our website, content, and community are intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use this website, join our Founding Waitlist, or participate in our community. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our Services
Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between offers education, coaching, and community for midlife women navigating perimenopause, menopause, desire, intimacy, and relationships. Content and coaching are educational and informational in nature.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medicine, or legal advice. Although Robyn Bragg holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, nothing on our website or in our programs constitutes medical or pharmacological advice, and nothing here should be used to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment. We do not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition. If you need medical, psychological, or legal support, please consult a licensed professional in that field.

Founding Waitlist
Joining our Founding Waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. It reserves your place for early access and updates about our community and founding membership.

Membership, Payments, and Cancellation
When membership enrollment opens, pricing and billing terms will be disclosed before you purchase. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Founding-member pricing is a limited offer and may be discontinued at any time.

Text Messaging (SMS)
By opting in to SMS messages from The Hypno Garden, LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Community Conduct and Discretion
Our community is built on trust and discretion. If you become a member, you agree to treat other members with respect, to keep the identities and personal information of other members confidential, and not to share, screenshot, or repost community content outside the community. We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct, in our judgment, harms the community or violates these Terms, without refund of fees already paid.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, recordings, and course materials, is owned by The Hypno Garden, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own use only.

Personal Responsibility
Your relationship and health decisions are your own. You agree that you are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results, and that any decisions you make based on our content or coaching are made at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hypno Garden, LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hypno Garden, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or community for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
