Your desire is not broken

Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between is a new community for midlife women who want better answers about perimenopause, libido, intimacy, relationships, and the nervous system.

It's not just hormones. And it's definitely not just you

This time of life can feel really confusing. One year desire is there, easily, and then it's just not. What nobody talks about is everything around it: the guilt when you'd honestly rather sleep, the partner trying not to take it personally, the appointment that ends in seven minutes with "that's normal at your age," the friends who joke about it at dinner but never actually talk about it.

Midlife women are doing some of the hardest body-and-relationship work there is with the least real support. The advice comes in two flavors: hormones or just try harder. Your doctor has no time for you and you realize that you received almost no education on menopause yourself. The internet has ten thousand opinions. So you piece it together alone, and sometimes that works, and sometimes it just leaves you more convinced that something is wrong with you.

It doesn't have to be that way. The women who find their way back to desire, to their bodies, and to their relationships aren't the luckiest ones. They're the ones with honest information, better language for what's happening, and other women around them who get it.

A community built for women like you

Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between is a community led by Dr. Robyn Bragg, PharmD and Somatic Sexologist, where midlife women get the two things that are nearly impossible to find: truthful answers and good company. Inside, you can expect:

  • Honest conversations about desire, intimacy, and what perimenopause actually changes

  • Real information about hormones, the nervous system, and your body

  • A private, discreet space of women who get it, because they're living it too

  • Short private podcast episodes that turn the best thinking on hormones and desire into answers you can actually use

  • Tools that go deeper than "just communicate more"

Whether the changes are brand new or years in the making, you belong here

Some of the women here are in the thick of perimenopause. Some are past menopause and still looking for better answers. Some just have a feeling that something is shifting and don't know yet if they should call it perimenopause or if it's something else. All of them share one thing: they refuse to accept "that's just your age" as the whole story. If that's you, you'll fit right in.

Meet Dr. Robyn

Dr. Robyn Bragg is a pharmacist turned Somatic Sexologist, which means she has spent her career on both sides of this story: the hormones and prescriptions women are handed, and everything those prescriptions can't touch. As a relationship and embodied intimacy coach, she works every day on the things that actually shape desire in midlife: the nervous system, stress, body connection, and the realities of long-term relationships.

She's warm, she's direct, and she has heard it all, including the things most women can't even whisper. With her, you never have to explain yourself or feel judged. She built Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between because midlife women deserve better answers than "that's just your age."

Founding membership: the first 111 women

Hormones, Desire, and Everything in Between opens in stages, and the free community comes first. Then the deeper layer opens. Each month, Dr. Robyn takes one big question, the kind you've actually been asking. Is it really just hormones? Why does desire feel like work now? What is my nervous system doing to my marriage? She reads the best books on it, pulls out what actually matters, and hands it to you in short private podcast episodes, with one live conversation a month to talk it through. No homework, no required reading. It works like a book club, except the only thing you bring is curiosity.

$11 per month for the first 111 women. Yours forever

Once the 111 founding spots are filled, the rate goes up for new members, but founding members keep $11 for as long as they stay. Founding members also get a voice in shaping the community from day one: the questions, the books, the culture. The waitlist is free, and it's the only way to get first access when the doors open.

Getting started is simple

Step 1: Join the Founding Waitlist. It takes about twenty seconds.
Step 2: Watch your inbox. Waitlist members hear from Dr. Robyn first, before anything goes public.

Step 3: Claim your founding spot. When doors open, you'll have first shot at one of the 111 founding memberships at $11, locked for life as long as you stay a member.

Questions you might be asking:

Is this private?

Yes. The community spaces are private, and what you share there stays there. Discretion is built into everything we do.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. Dr. Robyn is a licensed, registered pharmacist and a Somatic Sexologist, and everything here is educational. It's designed to help you understand what's happening and ask better questions, not to replace your own doctor or therapist.

I'm not sure I'm actually in perimenopause. Is this still for me?

If something is shifting with your desire, your body, or your relationship and you can't quite name it, you're exactly who this is for. You don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

Is this for couples?

This community is for women. The work often transforms relationships, and partners tend to feel the benefits, but this space is yours.

What does it cost?

The waitlist is free, and the community space is free. The deeper membership, with the private podcast and monthly conversations, opens at $11 per month for the first 111 women, who keep that rate as long as they stay a member. After that, it goes up.

You deserve better answers

Midlife is better when you actually understand what's happening to you. Join the Founding Waitlist and be first through the doors when they open.
